Refund policy

Because coffee is a food product, we follow a simple and safe set of rules.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind once products are shipped.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We can offer:

  • a replacement,

  • store credit, or

  • a refund.

If the issue is on our end, we will cover the return or replacement shipping.

Subscriptions

  • Customers may cancel or update their subscription any time before the next billing date.

  • Once a subscription cycle has been billed and packed, it is non-refundable unless the product is faulty, in line with Australian consumer law.
